We require approximately 4 x 500 word News Posts and 4 x 1,000 word Articles per month.
Typical news post would be explaining a recent shift in interest rates, how this is effecting the mortgage market, how banks have responded by adding/removing mortgage products, what affects this has on the property market for both buyers and sellers.
Pieces need to be extremely well researched and require the explanation of complex economic theorys, broken down in to laymans terms so the average reader can understand what they mean and how this affects them i.e. should they buy/sell, each piece requires thoughts/insights/recommendations based on your understanding of the principles.
