Virtual Assistant for Anxiety Therapist and Coach (10 Hours/Month)
About Me: I am an anxiety therapist and coach dedicated to helping individuals manage and overcome their anxiety through personalised therapy and coaching. I am looking for a reliable and upbeat Virtual Assistant (VA) to support me with various administrative and social media tasks to support in the running of my business and to reach more people.
I am seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide approximately 10 hours of support per month. The role is flexible and will primarily involve the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
Proofreading and Sending Emails: Review and send out emails that I have prepared to clients, followers, and other contacts.
Posting Instagram Stories: Regularly post Instagram stories to engage with my audience and share valuable content.
Sending Welcome Messages: Send welcome messages to new social media followers to build rapport and foster a sense of community.
Updating Google Profile: Keep my Google profile updated with the latest social media content to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed):
Email Support: Assist with managing and responding to emails, as required. Social Media Promotions: Support with promoting content, services, and events on social media platforms.
Flexible Tasks: The role may include additional tasks that align with the needs of the business, which will be agreed upon as required.
All content and information will be primarily be provided and written by me therefore, this role is not about content creation.

You are positive, upbeat with a can do attitude to things You have strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail You take pride in your work and strive for excellence You have experience with Mailerlite and Instagram You have familiarity with Google Business Profile You are Reliable, organised, and able to work independently You have evidence of previous work and experience in similar roles
