I am looking to work with someone to build and continue working with in the future as the business grows; The business is essentially collecting information from our customer through NPS and potentially QR and ensuring that we have the correct data and verbatim per each customer scanning this information. This information needs to be stored and easily reviewable through filters by the business.
Working with someone experienced in this field that has a proven track record is essential and continue working relationship is also essential moving forward.
