Expected duration: 1 - 6 months The "E-Commerce Data Extraction and Integration Automation" project is designed to enhance our company’s ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities by developing a robust web crawling and data integration system. The primary objective is to build and maintain advanced web crawling solutions that can systematically extract critical data from various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Otto, ManoMano, Google Shopping, and others.
This data will include, but is not limited to, product information such as titles, ASINs/IDs/EANs, prices, reviews, ratings, seller details, and shipping costs. The web crawlers will be designed to capture both sponsored and organic listings, along with their positions within search results, across multiple countries and marketplaces. Additionally, the system will handle the extraction of URLs and image links associated with the products, ensuring that a comprehensive set of data is gathered.
Once the data is extracted, the next phase of the project involves automating the transfer of this information into our MySQL database. This process must be meticulously designed to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates, minimizing any discrepancies that could impact our sales and market analysis. The automated system will also need to handle various data formats and ensure smooth integration with existing databases and analytics tools.
The ultimate goal of this project is to empower our sales and analytics teams with reliable, real-time data that can be used to drive informed decision-making, optimize our product offerings, and improve our competitive positioning in the market.
