I have a podcast with four episodes already recorded. I'd like to focus on the first episode and then if it works out, we can discuss a retainer for ongoing work.

The first 90 seconds will remain untouched, but everything else can be trimmed. What I need is a fresh set of eyes to trim it down, keeping only the most interesting content, editing to maximize audience/content interest.
We anticipate this workflow: 1. First edit (you) 2. Feedback (us, if needed) 3. Final edit (you) with delivery
PS: All of the other episodes' rough cuts are about 45 minutes, with a goal of editing to 30
