Expected duration: Ongoing I need someone who specialises in Google ads to help me manage my ads. The ads have been running for several years and are doing okay, but I want to push them to the next level. I need to optimise the ad performance, reduce cost, and increase our reach, conversion and ROI. Our focus is to get customers to purchase.
Whoever comes on board must: 1. Have a good understanding of search campaigns and P.Max. 2. Have knowledge of what we need to do on the backend/website and other channels to maximise the ad performance. 3. Advice on assets we need to use to boost the ads. 4. Advise on ad copy and be able to write engaging ad copy which converts. 5. Have an understanding and willingness to run cost-effective tests on ads to make sure we implement what is proven to work the best.
The industry is in healthcare in the UK, and one of our main search terms is "mental capacity assessments". The search volume is not large, so I need someone who can focus on us targeting the right audience and getting good outcomes.
Full disclosure: I do not want someone who will take my account and pass it to a junior to manage. I need someone who will be all over this and committed to us both achieving the best results.
