Requirements:
Expertise in 3D model optimization (reducing polygon counts, texture optimization, etc.). Proficient in software like Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools. Strong understanding of low-poly modeling, UV mapping, and texture baking. Experience with optimizing models for real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal). Ability to explain complex optimization techniques clearly and efficiently in a single session. Scope:
Conduct a one-time training session (via video call) to teach best practices in 3D model optimization. Share tips, workflows, and techniques that can be immediately applied by our modeler.
