The ideal candidate possesses native fluency in German with a minimum of five years experience in financial services translation. They will translate blog posts (500-750 words) and white papers ranging from 1500-3000 words each.
Texts cover subject matter like portfolio management, investment vehicles, macroeconomics and regulations. Familiarity with this field's linguistic conventions and ability to research unfamiliar terms is essential.
This role is perfect for a highly skilled, independent translator passionate about financial topics. While we provide the original English content, the translator is responsible for producing error-free, culturally sensitive German texts that fully capture the intended message and tone.
