We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer with expertise in WordPress site optimization, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing. Our goal is to enhance our site's visibility, drive traffic, and improve rankings across search engines. This project will be conducted in phases, with Phase 1 serving as a 30-day trial period to assess the freelancer's capabilities and fit for ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
· Technical SEO: Analyze and optimize the website’s technical setup to ensure search engines can crawl and index the site effectively. Tasks include improving site speed, mobile optimization, and addressing any crawl errors. · Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our target audience's needs and interests. This may involve creating blog posts, articles, infographics, and other relevant content to engage users and improve SEO. · Social Media Marketing: Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms. This includes creating engaging content, and interacting with targeted communities to increase visibility and drive traffic to our site. · SEO Ranking Improvement: Utilize white-hat SEO techniques to improve our site's ranking on search engines. This involves keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and building high-quality backlinks.
Phase 1 Objectives (30-Day Period):
Technical SEO Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the website to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance and able to independently address these technical issues. Content Marketing: Create a marketing plan and execute the plan for the next 30 days, including additional targeted topic ideas and a content creation plan that supports SEO objectives. Social Media Plan: Outline a social media marketing strategy tailored to the website core theme, identifying key communities and engage in those communities to increase our social media presence and generate targeted customer leads. SEO Performance Baseline: Establish baseline SEO metrics (e.g., current rankings, traffic sources, and engagement rates) and show improvements in KPIs over the 30-day period. Weekly Progress Reports: Provide weekly updates on all activities, including any changes made to the website, content published, social media metrics, and any movement in SEO rankings.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in WordPress website optimization, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing. · Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. · Excellent analytical skills to track and interpret website performance data. · Ability to work independently and deliver results within a specified timeline. · Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
