Description:	Expected duration: More than 6 months Virtual book keeper needed to ensure LLC is in compliance and ensure that all tax strategies are maximized to ensure the optimum tax is paid. Will ensure that all accounts are up to date and accounted for and prepare monthly and annual financials ready to be submitted by end of year for tax purposes. Will keep track of daily, weekly and monthly income and expenses and suggest possible savings and ways to maximize revenue and also grow the business. Books are in the education sector and potential to also handle books for multiple companies based on successful performance. Responsible for viewing all financial documents and making sure they are accurate including bank statements for the business, addressing all financial obligations of the business and making sure there are no issues with the tax filings based on accurate book keeping records.
