Expected duration: Ongoing We're seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to work with us on a freelance basis. If you're passionate about graphic design, and social media, know how to tell stories and spread brand messages using visual content, then we need your skill on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you are great at:
1. Creating/Designing Social Media Posts: Developing eye-catching and engaging visual content for our various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's tone and message. This includes artwork for podcasts and YouTube.
2. Platform-Specific Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the requirements and guidelines for graphics on various social media platforms including dimensions, file formats, and best practices. We focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
3. Client Projects: Collaborating with our clients to understand their graphic design needs and delivering creative solutions that meet their objectives.
4. Flexibility: Adapting to shifting priorities and working under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of design work.
5. Obsession with Graphic Design! Demonstrating a deep understanding and ever-learning approach towards design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition, and using this knowledge to produce exceptional designs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design for online business and personal brand building - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity on relevant projects - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. - A strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
