Contract role - Fully remote
We are currently looking for a contract Virtual Assistant to join the team.
Who are we? We are a vibrant Dubai-based design agency at the intersection of creativity and innovation. Specialising in catapulting start-ups and venture studios into their next growth phase, we leverage design to tell compelling stories, build brand identity, and create memorable experiences.
What do we expect from you? - Email inbox management - Calendar management - Personal management (flight/travel plans etc) - Social media management (personal brand and business accounts) - Help with creating company SOPs - Creating, sending and chasing invoices - Airbnb admin tasks (not essential) - Ability to manage your own projects and prioritise workload. - This is a fully remote role, although we are looking for someone able to work +/- 3 hours of UAE time (GMT).
What you can expect from us: - Fully remote position. - We are initially looking for someone to join part-time, with the view of this becoming a full-time role in the near future.
