- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by regularly contacting them via email and phone to provide support and information about the brand. - Ensuring that customers/clients are satisfied with their sessions and providing them with support on a regular basis. - Offering discounts to regular users to build brand loyalty. - Promoting and advertising all available spaces on all activities to the appropriate audience. - Keeping in close contact with the team to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on the latest developments. - Being part of a communication chat group with parents/clients to keep them informed about the latest updates and developments. - Adhering to all GDPR and NDA agreements to ensure the safety and privacy of all parties involved.
