We are seeking a skilled Workflow Automation Specialist with a strong background in AI to help transition our current system from Zapier to a more cost-effective platform such as Make.com. Our current setup involves using an RSS feed to process job or project data, which is then analyzed by AI to categorize the complexity of tasks into entry, intermediate, or expert levels. This information is subsequently relayed via Slack messages.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate our existing workflow automation setup and propose a more cost-effective alternative while ensuring equivalent or enhanced functionality.
• Develop and implement a transition plan from Zapier to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Integrate AI tools to analyze incoming jobs or projects from an RSS feed to assess and classify their complexity level.
• Configure the new system to automatically send tailored notifications to designated Slack channels based on the analysis.
• Provide training and documentation for the new system to ensure ease of use and maintainability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning, specifically in the context of data analysis and process automation.
• Experience in setting up and managing RSS feeds and integrating with communication tools such as Slack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows for cost and efficiency.
• Strong communication and training skills to effectively transfer knowledge to the team.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$40.00
