Landlord Page: Should succinctly outline our property management services, benefits of partnering with us, and include a compelling call-to-action (CTA) for signing up or contacting us. Tenant Page: Needs to highlight available properties, detail the application process, and showcase tenant support services, with a clear CTA for property browsing or inquiries. SEO and Mobile Optimization: Pages must be optimized for search engines and mobile devices to ensure broad accessibility and high search rankings. Visual and Brand Alignment: The design should align with our brand’s aesthetics and the overall look and feel of our website. Content: While we can provide the text content, we need a designer who can incorporate this content into a visually appealing layout that matches our brand and appeals to our target audiences.
