ReplayzIQ is a brand new product that is in development. It is being delivered through a human delivery method today and we are aiming to automate the process through the power of artificial intelligence.
We are building a Call Intelligence Platform that ingests call scoring data and uses Data Science to unearth otherwise undetectable insights as to what skills lead to converted deals. We help Sales Leaders learn exactly what their top sales reps do on a sales call to close a deal.

Your Role As a member of our Machine Learning Team, you will work in collaboration with others, data scientists, software developers, call scorers and sales experts, utilizing your background in machine learning and software development to automate and improve our call scoring and analysis solution. You will use your experience in rapid prototyping to analyze large sets of call-scoring data and extract meaningful, actionable insights. You will leverage the scale of Replayz proprietary data, in conjunction with the open source and/or commercial softwares to design machine learning applications for our Call Intelligence Platform. Your solution will help revenue operations leaders at fast-growing SaaS companies understand and optimize their sales calls for increased win rates and faster sales cycles. At Replayz, it is largely you who will drive your own schedule and work in collaboration with fellow engineers, industry experts, and software developers to design, build and improve the first fully automated Call Intelligence Platform. You will use the Scrum methodology to take an ownership role in autonomously managing your work and supporting your team in finishing project Sprints.
This is a remote role and requires the candidates to at least have 4-5 hours of overlap with our time zone, i.e., Pacific Time Zone (PT). We also need the candidate to attend our daily stand-up and weekly Sprints from 8:00 to 9:00 PST.

Advanced Degree or Equivalent Experience: A doctorate degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics (with a preference for specializations in machine learning), or equivalent professional experience. Proficient in Python: Demonstrated proficiency with Python programming language, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. MLOps Expertise: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MLOps on AWS Cloud computing environment. AWS Mastery: Expertise in utilizing AWS serverless systems including Lambda, SageMaker, SQS, Batch, among others. Language Model Expertise: Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and encoder-only language models. Information Retrieval: Hands-on experience with Langchain, LammaIndex, RAG for information retrieval. Software Development Best Practices: 4+ years of professional experience in software development best practices including version control, testing, and documentation. Mastery in Git is essential. Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering: Extensive knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques, including handling missing or incomplete data and extracting relevant features from raw data. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience with machine learning model deployments in scale. Experience with sales or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment (not expected).
