We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for user-centric design, possessing a strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions. - Create user flows, journey maps, and information architectures to guide the development of user interfaces. - Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices while adhering to brand guidelines. - Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Figma. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a user-centered design approach. - Solid understanding of user interface design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Experience with responsive design and familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. - Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
