If the property is contingent, under contract, off-market, withdrawn, etc. then we don’t want you to use it.
2. Go to "https://property.phila.gov/ " and make sure the zoning is “RM1-Residential Multi-Family”
3. Grab 3 properties that match the above. List them with the following breakdown:

4. Write me what you thought about this exercise and what you would do differently to improve the process. Also, let me know how much you would like for payment monthly part-time (25 hours a week) and then for payment full-time (40 hours a week).
