We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team to manage and elevate the online presence of one of our clients in the nonprofit sector.
**Role Overview:**
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy for our client across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Your role will involve generating engaging content ideas, creating a consistent posting schedule, and managing the client's social media profiles to increase their online presence and engagement levels. You will be working closely with our marketing contact to ensure the social media strategy aligns with the overall marketing goals and client objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop, implement, and manage our client's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. - Generate and schedule engaging, informative, and audience-specific content using Hootsuite. - Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience feedback, and direct messages to engage with the community and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and objectives. - Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
**Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns. - Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, along with social media management tools (Hootsuite experience is a must). - Ability to generate creative content ideas and translate complex information into engaging social media content. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. - Ability to work independently and take initiative.
