The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand identity development and be able to create a cohesive and unique style guide that reflects our brand's values, personality, and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to understand our brand’s vision, mission, and target audience. - Develop a distinctive brand logo and secondary marks that align with our hospitality brand’s identity. - Create a comprehensive set of brand guidelines detailing the use of logos, secondary marks, iconography, color palettes, and typography. - Design a versatile set of icons that represent the various aspects of our hospitality services. - Select and specify primary and secondary fonts that complement the brand’s character and are practical for all marketing materials. - Establish a color palette that reflects the brand’s personality, emotional appeal, and industry trends. - Provide clear guidelines on the usage of all brand elements across different mediums and platforms. - Deliver the final brand style guide in a well-organized, digital format that is easy for our team to use and apply.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand identity and graphic design, specifically in the hospitality industry. - A strong portfolio showcasing previous brand style guide projects. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly. - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). - Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography. - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage projects independently. - Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
