I am seeking a professional to handle incoming emails and promptly initiate follow-up calls. Your main task is to establish telephonic contact, deliver a brief introduction of our senior life insurance products, and ultimately schedule an appointment with a senior life insurance agent.
Flexibility in communication is required as no particular tools for making calls have been predetermined. Thus, proficiency in using VoIP phone systems, CRM software, or a mobile phone is necessary. You must also be prepared to call potential customers twice if they do not pick up initially.
On an average week, you can expect to manage between 15 to 30 emails. This workload, although dynamic, necessitates someone with excellent time-management and prioritization skills. It could increase in emails/week but we would discuss if things were to change.
During calls, besides trying to schedule them on my calendar, the following information needs to be collected:
• Potential client's availability for an appointment
• Any specific questions they may have
• Their preferred contact method for follow-ups
Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing or appointment setting roles will be beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
