Organisation skills and attention to detail - essential to not miss action items 4. Experience as an executive assistant is a bonus. 5. Experience in Monday.com is a bonus 6. Experience in video project coordination specifically is a bonus. 7. Ideally based in Philipines
Job Description:
1. Turning voice notes and written from the CEO into actionable next steps in the project management system - assigning an owner and a deadline 2. Inputting action items into Monday PM software from incoming emails, messages and scheduling a deadline and owner with priority 3. Checking team members have everything they need to do allocated tasks by the deadline 4. Sending and receiving emails 5. Requesting and relaying assets and information via Email from stakeholders on existing projects - and chasing things up where necessary 6. Submitting latest client work when completed by editor or pre-production team. 7. Requesting availability from team and pencilling their time on existing client projects 8. Submiting brief requirements and receiving quotes from suppliers - via call and email 9. Send onboarding emails to new clients and checking we have all of the information requested from them as they are onboarded. 10. Planning journeys for shoot teams 11. Logging mileage per project and sharing this data with the finance team 12. Saving files received via email from client or suppliers into shared Google Drive
