My business partner and I are looking for a UK based PA to support us in achieving our business objectives through managing our respective email inboxes and property admin workload. Ideally you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of providing PA support to Director level and past property and/or lettings management is an advantage.
For a bit of context on the kind of emails we interact with, we run a property business with a few different arms to it: - we buy, refurbish and let out properties - we run a serviced accommodation business - we develop property from land sites or existing commercial property - we mentor and train people with their property investing
Responsibilities will include: • Being a first point of contact for enquiries and proactively managing routine matters on own initiative. • Managing confidential and personal information appropriately. • Screening, monitoring and prioritising of Director’s emails, telephone calls and other correspondence. • Be a point of contact for enquiries for the Director through various channels, ensuring that all are responded to in a timely manner. • Support the preparation of presentations and various documents. • Maintain Director dashboard ensuring data correct and up to date for monthly reporting purposes. • Supporting the wider team in accordance with business objectives where necessary and advise of any issues arising. • Planning and booking travel arrangements.
The role requires: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a calm and focused way under pressure, adopting a flexible approach. • Ability to consistently produce highly accurate work, in a very busy environment, with the minimum of supervision and a high-level of attention to detail. • Ability to work in a self-managed way as well as working well within a team. • Excellent telephone manner. • An individual who is hardworking, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy. • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and be able to adapt immediately to business requirements. • Some property knowledge would be a benefit.
