The position would include performing customer support for clients with Windows-based diagnostic systems for the veterinary markets. We need individuals who have an understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, PC diagnostics/repair and technical support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to succeed in this position.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive. We are a small office and team members are expected to help where needed. • Answer Phones – Triage incoming calls and assist customers with support issues • Contact customers for appointments, service calls, customer support issues. • Data Entry and customer contact info management in sales/service softwares • Assist with office administration work related to service and support • Assist with Customer service activities including customer updates, order fulfillment, Shipping and Receiving. • Assist with/create preparation of Sales Quotes, RMAs, service tickets, purchase orders.
