We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with quotation management and data entry for our company. This role involves working with existing quotation formats and subcontractor quotes to create finalized quotations for our clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data entry, have a basic understanding of financial calculations, and be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately copy and paste information from provided subcontractor quotations into our company format. Calculate and add appropriate margins to the cost figures as per guidelines. Ensure the final quotation is formatted correctly and is free from errors. Manage and organize these quotations for easy access and tracking. Communicate effectively for any clarification or additional information required. Adhere to confidentiality agreements and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Basic understanding of financial concepts, especially margin calculations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or equivalent software. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
