We are aimed to establish on-demand mobile App and web portal for E-Commerce project. The operation portal is dedicated to manage and monitor all operations functions for customers, stores and logistics services. we need an expert to be open to changes and creative to hear our ideas/needs and help us through the whole process to meet our expectations, and we are looking for expert and senior to UX / UI designer for the followings: - Operation web Portal. Required Skills: • Strong Experience in Angular V13, HTML 5, CSS, JS, Type Script, Web API, Reporting and Dashboard. • Strong Experience in design the screens of web portal (UX/UI). • Experience in E-Commerce and similar project. • Experience with work on angular2 template (Metronic). • Strong experience to Design & Develop operation web Portal for E-Commerce (Front End)
Required work by the developer: We prepared full back-end system with ready APIs, we need just to customize, design, and build the screens, reports, templates, dashboards and so on. The developer will receive angular2 template (Metronic). The developer is responsible to design and develop the full front-end of the operation Portal based on our requirements and brand identity guidelines, and make the designed portal ready to integrate with developed APIs, which include for example, but not limited the graphical user interface (GUI), navigating menus, texts, images, colors, videos, forms, buttons, wizard, grid view, controls and taps etc. the developer must do QA and make sure the deliverables are free of bugs. • Screens is about 100-120 screens including all required works such as forms, dashboards, reports and so on. Scope of Work: • Understand, study and analysis the requirements, features and functionalities etc. • Design and build operation portal (UX/UI). • Build the Operation Portal with these requirements: • support English and Arabic Language (RTL LTR) • log in / sign up page for operation portal . • charts, KPIs, rates, statistics, and comparisons. • Registrations requests management • Orders & products Management • Marketing Management • Reviews Management • Payments Management • Export to excel, search feature, filter, and sort features, share via email. • workflow & upload documents (request, review approve, reject). • Settings & configurations. • User Management
The requirements as mentioned in this job is high level, and the details will be provide during analysis phase, the designer must understand this carefully and be flexible enough to implement all detailed requirements that will be presented and discussed during analysis phase. General Process: 1. Sign off the NDA. 2. Starting the project. 3. Provide the angular template to the developer. 4. Conduct the workshops to explain the business, needs and requirements. 5. Do the analysis and make the changes on the provided template (Prototype). 6. Review and approve the prototype. 7. Provide a plan. 8. Define and agree on the deliverables and milestones. 9. Implementation and Quality Assurance. 10. Review the deliverables and make changes two times as minimum (UAT) 11. Completing the full project and delivery.
Deliverables: - Full Source Code of the project as open source and to be under our control and ownership, must deliver the source code for every phase completed and as per our request. - All designs, files, images, formats, pages, analysis document and material to be deliver as open source (Editable Version). - Copyright transferred certification.
