We are currently seeking a skilled Excel expert to assist with data manipulation across multiple spreadsheets. This role is crucial for our operations, involving tasks related to billing, invoicing, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Manipulate and manage data from various sources within multiple Excel spreadsheets. Regularly match and organize data for billing and invoicing purposes. Assist in payroll management through efficient data handling. Prepare Excel data files every Thursday (estimated 5 hours per week). Rapidly prepare invoices at the beginning of each month, with a strict deadline for distribution by the 3rd of the month (estimated 20 hours for this task). Recommend and implement improvements in our processes and workflow. What We Offer:
