Our aim is to build relationships with UK-based optical frame distributors and create an attractive proposition for them. Our brand specializes in premium sports glasses frames and glazing services.

Objectives:
• Identify key players in the UK optical frame distribution market (at least 10), understanding their USPs. • Benchmark contents of at least 20 brochures from their brand portfolios. (One eg attached) • Analyze commercial propositions: sales strategy, support mechanisms, order quantity variations, and volume bonuses. • Develop a strategic plan for approaching these distributors.
Scope of Work:
• Market research to identify major optical frame distributors in the UK. • Comprehensive analysis of portfolio brands’ brochures and commercial offerings. • Creation of a winning proposition (based on others’ propositions) to appeal to these distributors. • Suggestions for potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Deliverables:
- list of directory of eyewear distributors - benchmarked content (sections and commercial offer) of 20 named brands and their distributor relationships - suggested proposition development plan - plan to approach distributors
