-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Researchers at UNSW and University of Toronto are conducting a project about workers’ experience in their gig work and primary job.
If you are interested, the research project is looking for people who want to take part in this research and who are: (1) Between 18 and 60 years old; (2) Have a full-time job (primary job); (3) Work in a team in their primary job; (4) Conduct part-time job on the gig work platform PeoplePerHour.
This is a 2-wave survey study, with each survey wave taking approximately 12-14 minutes to complete. Completing BOTH waves of surveys are a precondition to receive the renumeration. As a token of our appreciation for participants' valuable input, eligible participants who complete both waves of surveys diligently will receive USD$10 via PeoplePerHour. Additionally, after completing the wave 2 survey, participants will have the option to recommend a different survey to one colleague in their workgroup in their primary job. Participants will need to recruit a colleague who is either at the same level or hold a higher position (their leaders) to provide performance ratings. For the response from the colleague in the primary job, participants will receive an extra two dollars bonus. That is, participants can earn up to USD$12 for engaging in our survey study.
