Experience required in the following areas: Windows desktop problems related to Hardware, Software, OS Windows Server: AD, DNS, File/Print Shares Network infrastructure planning, installing, maintaining of: Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, Cameras, NAS, Gateways, Routers, Modems Microsoft's cloud environments: 365, Azure You will be expected to: · Be cybersecurity focused · Perform outstanding customer service · Convey technical concepts to non-technical users · Follow up with clients to guarantee the problem is resolved · Work independently on behalf of a client, but know you have the full team behind you if you need help · Have strong Google-Fu · Be able to create and edit documentation in grammatically correct English · Manage your time effectively · Have a desire to learn and continually expand your skillset · Have a great attitude *SharePoint Experience Preferred
