We are an automotive garage and we loan customers courtesy cars. We need to complete a form, including uploading attachments and obtaining a signature from the customer. The document we upload is a PDF, which is the license check we carry out online.
We need to store the data, so that we can refer back, should we ever receive a fine for the loan car (I.e Speeding ticket, parking fine). We then need to search the registration number to locate who had the veihcle.
One challenge to consider as that we carry out the license check on a desktop computer. Obtaining signature from the customer is easier on a tablet... So how do we conincide the two. We also need to upload a picture of the customers driving license - again this is easier to do on a tablet by taking a picture. However it isn't very easy to carry out the license check on a tablet, as you have to download the PDF etc.
We believe Microsoft Power Apps would be good to use, as we use Microsoft within the business.
