Project Title: Online Course Development Location: Virtual or Camden Office-based option Industry: Educational Services - Anti-racism Training and Consultancy
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative person to transform our in-person training materials into compelling and interactive online courses. We have multiple training courses that we are currently delivering in-person. We would like to turn these courses into digital versions. We will probably run a test project with 1 of our trainings and if we are happy, we will commission for the rest of our courses to be converted.
About Us: We are a progressive organization dedicated to combating institutional racism through education. Our commitment is to equip the next generation with the knowledge and tools to challenge systemic inequities. We offer dynamic anti-racism training to educators and students and provide specialized programs in leadership and activism for youths committed to the cause of racial justice.
Tasks: 1) Convert existing PowerPoint slide decks into engaging and interactive online courses using Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline 360. 2) Collaborate with our training team to understand the content and the intended learning outcomes. 3) Design visually appealing course elements that align with our mission and amplify the learning experience. 4) Ensure that the digital content is accessible and provides an inclusive learning environment for all users. 5) Test and revise courses based on feedback from the team and pilot users.
Qualifications: 1) Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. 2) Some experience with Articulate software (Rise 360 or Storyline 360) is preferred 3) A passion for creating beautiful, educational, and engaging digital content. 4) Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
