We are looking for someone to do our book keeping for 3 properties. We would like to work with someone based in the UK who has experience of doing property accounts and who is available to start work immediately. We estimate that this will require about 10 hours per month.
We don't need someone with a long list of professional qualifications, so much as we need someone who pays huge attention to detail, is rigorous, organised, self managing and conscientious.
The tasks involved are:
• Monthly P&L account for each property and our combined properties for April 2023 to date and then ongoing • Monthly cashflow • Balance sheet • Monthly bank reconciliations, highlighting missing receipts for April 2023 to date and then ongoing • Share data with our accountants who will then submit our tax returns in May 2024 • Weekly update meetings
