We are looking for a professional and competent team to handle the entire process of creating videos for YouTube, producing high-quality content with a duration of about 10 minutes and delivering 30 videos per month.
Before applying for this job, please read the following requirements carefully. The team will consist of a scriptwriter, a voice-over artist (it can be made with AI but it should be extremely real italian voice), a video editor , and a thumbnail designer. The freelancer can do all by yourself or in cooperation with a team. Ideally, you should have experience in automating YouTube channels, a good understanding of YouTube guidelines, copyright regulations, fair use, excellent editing skills, and access to stock footage sites.
We will provide the idea or the general topic, along with preliminary research, and the team will create the content and the video around it, including introductory, end, and subscription pop-up templates.
The video workflow entails a 10-second introduction with a hook to grab attention, channel introduction, Instagram follow, and subscription pop-up, followed by engaging and entertaining content, and the channel end screen. The team's tasks include writing an original and well-researched script, recording engaging and lively voice-over, synchronizing audio and video, adding sound effects and copyright-free music, searching and using copyright-free clips and licensed archival footage, editing the video attractively, and creating highly clickbait thumbnails. Moreover, a good understanding of thumbnail CTR and Clickbait, along with experience in producing engaging content on YouTube, is required, with the ability to engage viewers with a good pace, transitions, and more. The working language is Italian.
We are seeking a team committed to producing high-quality videos, organized, communicative, and capable of meeting deadlines. Priority will be given to teams that best fit the job description. The overall monthly budget is €700, with the possibility to negotiate a higher compensation for high-quality work with a demonstrable track record.
