multi channel marketing agency. We have a customer portal which we have developed using a series of off-the-shelf products including Google data studio. We are looking to increase the functionality on the V4 of this by changing some of the reports into airtable. Here is a summary of what we are looking to achieve on this V4 release;
- reducing the time taken to configure a new client either by creating templates or by having the reports automatically made or via an API - notification if there is an error on the reports - improving the formatting of the reports to enable a few additional functions in addition to being more user friendly-being able to track the conversion rate of the leads and the value of the sale - on the future pipeline report, being able to present this in a much more user-friendly way to be able to reflect the different levels of Interest generated and the next step taken - a tracker to display onboarding stages required and progress on those stages - a more user friendly method of displaying the customer Discovery - a key info summary which also allows them to update information and this is reflected in our backend systems
