I am looking to hire a web developer to build a website which will include:
1) An interactive page where the visitor can hover their mouse over a photo/picture of a face and different sections of this picture will be highlighted, (eg the cheek, chin, forehead etc) and if clicked will open up a new page/description. As well as this, a sub selection on the side where the user can alternatively click on the titular page eg (Cheek, Chin, Forehead etc)
2) A forum
3) A blog
4) A page showing photo editing services, including example photos which alternate automatically between before and after photos)
4) Payments page
Examples of the clickable areas of the photo, along with what the image looks like whilst the mouse hovers over the portion of the image and its related description once this portion is clicked on, is attached. There will be about 25 clickable parts for the frontal part, and similar or less for the side view which I would like on a separate page.
