We operate a market research survey platform and have a list of businesses that would like to be called. These are NOT cold leads and it's not cold calling. They have asked to speak to someone. For this reason, we would like to find an experiences sales closer who can call these businesses and assist the customer with understanding our platform, answering any questions and trying to close a sale.
We do have a "Free Trial" so if you are unable to convert any leads onto a paid plan, you can try to convert them onto the trial for a later call to convert them to a paid plan.
The price quoted is the price that will be paid for calling 10 leads but for any conversions you will be paid an extra commission of 20% of the plan you convert the lead to. This can be very lucrative if you can convert regularly. The commission will be paid through PPH via invoice.
A comprehensive document will be provided for you to understand the platform to help with your sales calls and I can answer any questions.
The amount of commission per plan is listed below: Plan 1 (free trial but you could call back after this is completed, generally after 1 week) £0.00
Plan 2 £5.015
Plan 3 £9.52
Plan 4 £13.77
Plan 5 £17.85
Plan 6 £34.68
Plan 7 £68.00
Plan 8 £100.00
Plan 9 £130.56
Commission is paid only 24-48 hours after the conversion and one survey has been created.
We are willing to try multiple sales closers and if performance is good it may turn into an ongoing "auto-pay" opportunity where a hybrid structure may be offered (a guaranteed monthly fixed amount plus a smaller commission)
Before applying, ensure you have read the above.
Extra attention will be given to applicants to answer the below. Imagine you are a sales closer for a market research platform:
Can you describe any prior experience you've had with selling software or platform services? How did you approach explaining the features and benefits to potential clients?
If during a call, a potential client is hesitant to jump to a paid plan right away, how would you approach transitioning them into a free trial while still positioning the paid plans as a future valuable option?
When faced with common objections like I don't think I have the time to set this up or I'm not sure if this will provide enough value for my business, how would you handle and overcome these objections?
Could you provide an example of a difficult sale you've successfully closed in the past? What strategies or techniques did you employ to ensure conversion?
How do you maintain motivation and drive, especially if you encounter multiple rejections in a row, and how do you use those experiences to refine your sales technique?
