Expected duration: less than 1 week Hi, my name is Xuan Kai and I am working as a full time physiotherapist from Singapore. I am starting out a youtube channel right now that is centered around side hustles, personal finance, investing and personal development and I currently have 52 subscribers.
I am interested in hiring a video editor for my youtube videos and your job will be to edit 1-3 long form videos per week (ranging from 5 - 10 minutes on average). I am looking for someone who can edit and make my videos more engaging and interesting with B-Roll, motion graphics, colour grading, transitions, green screen and even subtitles. I will ensure that I can give you as much creative freedom as possible but I would like the videos to be of a similar style to Ali abdaal, Alex hormozi and Iman Gadzhi.
The salary will probably be per video, depending on your experience level and quality of work that you can produce anywhere from $50 - $150. I am fine with you being a remote editor but it would be a bonus if you were from singapore as well!
It would be nice if you used final cut pro as well because that is the video editor that I use and I can add in final edits should I choose to. If you are proficient in other adobe software or photoshop, that would be a welcomed added bonus as well as I might need help in other areas as well.
The trial task is simple, I have a short video footage right now. Can you edit it into a 3 min video and make it as engaging as possible. Treat it as a possible YouTube video that I will upload on my page.
The current price that I have set for this project is just a starting point, if you are able to produce consistent, engaging content on a weekly basis then we can properly discuss the salary per project or per hour.
