I have some Serum presets (.fxp format) and I need to convert these to .sfz files in a specific format along with .flac audio files. I have a very long-winded system for doing this: - I export the samples from Serum as .wav files (2 sampes per octave, samples 7 secs long, 1 velocity), and tidy the samples using audio editing software Wavepad to edit samples in bulk (normalize, remove any clipping and trim silences at the beggining/end). - I load the .wav samples into Logic/Sampler and key map them manually across the whole keyboard (midi notes 0 to 127). - I export this as an .exs instrument. - I load the .exs into a piece of conversion software called "EXS2SFZ" that will convert the .exs files to .sfz files. - I convert the .wav files to .flac files. - As the text data in the .sfz is not in the specific format required (and needs to reference the .flac files instead of .wav), I use Excel formulas to convert the .sfz text to the required format.
I am looking for someone who has expereince of .sfz files and can do this more efficiently.
