We have an ongoing project where we require a German speaker for approximately 10 hours a week. Your role will be to monitor and respond to our client's webchats on their websites so webchat experience is essential. In addition to this, the role will involve working on client admin and processing leads so CRM experience is also essential, as well as excellent attention to detail. Candidates need to be driven with excellent communication skills and need to be tech-savvy. We work with cloud-based systems and at the outset we provide a full induction to both our clients and our systems. You will need to be in, or able to work in, CET timezone.

Monitor and action Webchat enquiries; Receive inbound telephone enquiries; Make telephone calls using VoiP software; Send email introductions to prospects; Experience and essential skills required:
Minimum 3 years in a customer service role; Demonstrated proven track record of success in B2B customer service calls Impeccable written and spoken communication skills in both German and English. Positive and professional telephone manner. Strong administrative skills. Proficient knowledge of CRM tools i.e. Salesforce Success working remotely and a strong home workspace set up.
