Job Description:
As a Podcast Producer at Neilson Swiader Co, you'll be at the heart of crafting captivating audio content that captures the essence of our clients' brands and messages. Collaborating closely with our creative, account, and media teams, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality podcasts that engage and inspire audiences. Your ability to weave narratives, manage the production process, and create compelling audio experiences will be crucial to the success of our podcasting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Content Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop podcast concepts that align with brand objectives and messaging.
Scriptwriting: Write engaging podcast scripts that convey information effectively and tell compelling stories.
Audio Production: Oversee all aspects of podcast production, including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering audio content.
Narrative Crafting: Ensure each episode's narrative flows seamlessly and keeps listeners engaged from start to finish.
Guest Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with guests, experts, and influencers as needed.
Sound Design: Add music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the listening experience.
Quality Control: Ensure that the final product meets high audio and content quality standards.
Distribution: Manage podcast distribution across platforms, including hosting, scheduling, and promoting episodes.
Performance Analytics: Monitor podcast performance metrics and audience engagement to inform future content strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in podcast production, with a portfolio showcasing successful podcast projects.
Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives.
