K7 Consultancy Ltd., a respected Organisation Development and HR Transformation consultancy headquartered in the UK, is on the hunt for a diligent and proactive Personal Assistant. You will play an essential role in supporting our HR and OD project team, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and organization as we develop a competency framework for a valued client.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organise the project manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring no overlaps. - Coordinate virtual and potential in-person meetings, ensuring all participants have necessary details. - Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-up on action points. - Handle communications, responding to emails and calls promptly. - Assist with travel arrangements for the team, especially regarding potential trips to Saudi Arabia. - Ensure all project documentation is organized, updated, and easily accessible. - Provide general administrative support to the project team when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Familiarity with HR and OD terminologies will be an advantage. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools. - Flexible approach to work, adapting to the needs of the project and team. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Terms: This is a temporary, project-based role. The expected project duration and required hours will be shared with shortlisted candidates. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
