Every year, we run The Date Project, selling specially packaged dates to raise vital funds for charity. We're looking for an inspired designer(s) to craft 4 distinctive tin designs that resonate with our cause. These tins will house the dates we sell to support various humanitarian projects.
Responsibilities:
Design 4 unique tins that are visually compelling and align with Islamic themes. Each design must represent one of the causes: Dates for Syria - Highlighting bread projects in Syria. Dates for Palestine - Emphasizing water projects in Gaza. Dates for Yemen - Focusing on vital aid in Yemen. Dates for Orphans - Supporting orphan projects across the globe.
Integrate SKT Welfare's branding prominently in the design, maintaining a consistent visual language that reflects our mission and values. Collaborate with our team to finalize designs, making necessary revisions as needed. Ensure designs are production-ready and adhere to any specific manufacturing
Join us in this noble cause and use your creative talents to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Your designs will not only beautify our product but also symbolize hope and compassion for people across the globe.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in product design, specifically in packaging or containers, is a must. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and attention to detail. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A keen eye for current design trends, with the creativity to blend them into a timeless design that resonates with our target audience.
