THE ISSUE • I have had a computer (COMPUTER 1) for 10 years that has the MS Outlook installed and I have 10 years of Sent and received emails stored on that computer. • I have a new Computer (COMPUTER 2)which I have Outlook installed in. and my LAPTOP (Apple Macbook Air), phone (Iphone 14)and Ipad receive new emails and are stored in my INBOX on all devices, but I have to go back to COMPUTER 1 to place emails into the relevant folders to store and take out of INBOX. • But none of the Folders stored on Computer 1 appear on any of the other devices including COMPUTER 2 LAPTOP Iphone or IPAD. DESIRED SOLUTION ALL Folders and stored emails appear on both Computers 1 and 2 and also ideally to be available on the other devices LAPTOP IPHONE AND IPAD N.B. • Both computers operating. • New emails arrive in all computers • There are a large number of emails stored on COMPUTER 1
Previously I have tried to Export and Import email folders but this has not worked.
