Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK and USA markets, with a focus on the logistics industry. Identify and target potential clients in the logistics sector, including freight forwarders, 3PLs, shipping companies, and other logistics service providers. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and providing tailored software solutions to meet their specific needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create compelling sales collateral. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Qualifications:
Proven experience in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Previous experience selling software solutions in the logistics industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
