I need help to create my new website, and to be more focused on making it easier for my clients to purchase directly from me and my website.
I'm seeking a total upgrade and change in design of my website.

Scope of works to consider, must haves;
1. A membership portal, where members can signup for a monthly subscription, and charged on a monthly reoccurring basis,
2. Must have an affiliate program, so when a new member brings in (say 5 friends) they get a free book. I need a method of tracking this.
3. The membership/subscription page allows members to view blog posts, pdf's, video's, podcast, these files need to be secured so they can not be downloaded, each of these sections eg pdf's, videos and podcast need its own section, and allow me to update and bring in new content for my subscribers.
4. And then on the front page and say "The shop" page, I need to be able to upload my products, primarily my books two of.
5. I also provide services, which need a placing, so a new client can purchase my services.
6. Must also include the setup of common payment gateways
7. Must be user friendly, for me to up load content frequently
8. Must have public contact page, podcast page, Blog page, About page, just like my existing website
9. Must have amazon book reviews widget, as per my existing (or better).
10. Must be computer / laptop / mobile friendly.
11. Must be setup for best SEO for google, and we would also seek a separate fee for site optimization's.
