Expected duration: Ongoing This self-employed role involves calling businesses to set appointments. A database of leads is provided and all companies are emailed in advance to warm them up.
The purpose of the call is to briefly present/explain the offer, qualify the lead (short check-list) and set an appointment (using a calendar link). Full training, a script and FAQ sheet is provided.
Opportunity: - 10-40 hours per week to start (we are flexible but must be within US office hours) - Opportunity to increase responsibilities and hours over time (dependant on performance). - Only calling businesses (B2B, no B2C) - Hourly rate plus bonus for hitting targets or purely commissioned based
Requirements: - Experienced appointment setter, telemarketing or telesales. - Friendly, professional manner – experience calling SMEs - Native English speaker – although non-native speakers will be considered if fluent. - Calls will be made during US office hours - Quiet home office and stable internet connection.
