Expected duration: 1 - 6 months You will be providing assistance to our End of Tenancy Team by handling claims made by our partners following the end of a tenancy.
The position needs to be filled as soon as possible and will extend to the end of October, possibly into November. The working hours will be from 9am - 12:30pm (17.5 hours per week) up to a possible 35 hours per week working from 9am-5pm (with an hour break) week depending on demand.
This is a remote position that requires immediately available candidates that can commit to work until the end of October.
Some of the duties will include: - Working in the Operations End of Tenancy Team assisting with general admin duties - Handling case evidence identifying missing information - Emailing partners to retrieve missing information - Providing data entry tasks - Assisting the team wherever needed
Requirements from candidates: - Strong data entry skills - Strong communication skills - Willingness to learn and get stuck in to assist their busy team - Ideally some admin/data entry experience
You will be required to use your own laptop or computer, this will not be provided to you.
