i would like to pay once the job is complete and meets all necessary requirements. i must be able to open the file once it is complete, so i can be able to take a closer look at the work to make sure it is all correct. i recently worked with someone on fiverr/upwork /freelancer who said they would complete the job, but they were not able to do so. :/
