ROLE SPECIFICATION
Calling the Prospects and Lead Qualification:
The role will include contacting prospects which will be a combination of cold calls or prospects who have shown some interest in our product. You will be provided with a list that includes the company name, email address, and phone number of these prospects. We aim to provide potential customers with 30% saving on their current spend.
When reaching out to these prospects, your goal will be to qualify them by understanding the specific products they use in their foundries and current cost they spend on Tips.
Managing Follow-Up Calls and Deal Closure:
Once a lead has been qualified and the potential client has validated our product technically, your responsibility will shift to managing the follow-up calls for deal closure. This involves maintaining regular communication with the prospect, addressing any further questions or concerns they may have, and guiding them through the final stages of the sales process.
Product pricing and delivery terms will all be provided to you. Once the Purchase Order confirmation is finalised the operations team will take over.
